Let’s Go! Move More

We are excited to announce the fourth consecutive year of the Move More Challenge.

In celebration of Let’s Go!’s 20th birthday, kids who move 20+ days for one hour or more can earn a free ticket to a Portland Sea Dogs game during the 2026 season. Movement positively impacts our minds and bodies and is an important part of learning lifelong healthy habits. Participation is easy!

We hope you will join the MOVEment!

Student Athletes Entering 6 th , 7 th or 8 th Grade are FREE

Student Athletes Entering 9 th , 10 th , 11 th or 12 th Grade $180

DATES: June 22nd–August 13th

Strength Training, Agility, Running, Flexibility, Stability, Mobility, Endurance, Hydration, Nutrition, Sleep, Injury Prevention, Sports Specific Training

Time Slots:

Monday: 930a-1030a, 1030a-1130a

Tuesday: 930a-1030a, 1030a-1130a

Wednesday: 7a-8a, 9a-10a, 10a-11a, 11a-12p

Thursday: 930a-1030a, 1030a-1130a

Friday: 7a-8a, 9a-10a, 10a-11a, 11a-12p

There will be no workouts July 4th, July 9th & 10th, and August 5 th & 6 th

Checks are made out to Saco Bay Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy or Cash.
