KMS Wears Pink on Wednesday

Throughout October, KMS proudly wore pink to show our support for Breast Cancer Awareness. Our halls were filled with pink spirit and compassion as students and staff came together to honor those affected and raise awareness for an important cause.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the families who supported our fundraising efforts by purchasing pink bracelets. Your generosity helped us raise $1059 for the Jen’s Friends Cancer Foundation, an incredible organization that provides financial assistance and support to local cancer patients and their families.
Together, we’re making a difference — one bracelet, one act of kindness, and one pink shirt at a time! 💕

We are excited to partner with the Eastern Slope Ski Club again this year to offer skiing and riding to our students.
Our 6th Grade students join Conway Intermediate students on Tuesdays during the school day at Cranmore. Our 7th and 8th-grade students participate in an ESSC Club, which takes place on Mondays after school at Cranmore.

Congratulations to our Q1 Cooking Competition Champions

The Quarter 1 FACS/Health students completed their cooking competition last week! The students were tasked with creating a unique taco creation and family and staff volunteered to judge. The groups did an amazing job preparing, cooking, and presenting!

News from the Athletic Department

That's a wrap on the 2025 Fall sports season at KMS! Our student-athletes worked hard, were committed, and showed improvement every day. Thank you to all the supporters who showed up at games and gave their support! We now turn our focus to the Winter sports season. Sign-ups are now live HERE. Please note that sports registration is not considered complete until the Google Form is filled out, a *physical is submitted, and Sway concussion testing is completed (unless the student-athlete participated in a fall sport). There will be a Winter sports meeting for 7th/8th graders on Tuesday, November 4th, @ 5:30 pm in the KMS Lecture Hall.
Sports sign-ups close on Monday, November 10th.
*If your student-athlete participated in a fall sport, their physical is on file. However, if your student-athlete did not participate in a fall sport, please submit a current physical form.
We are still in need of girls' and boys ’ basketball coaches. If you are interested, please apply at https://sau9.tedk12.com/hire/index.aspx.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out!
Go Eagles!
